21 Gun Salute

21 Gun Salute originated at the Beige Motel, North Truro, MA, where exactly 21 vacuum cleaners were found while preparing for the opening ceremony in 2007. The vacuum cleaners then made a trip to Miami for an installation at PULSE during Art Basil Miami in 2008. The piece I created for the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival continued the concept with a multi-platform performance piece and online streaming radio play on WOMR FM.
